The National Association of Tower Erectors (NATE) is currently seeking volunteer subject matter experts to participate in their upcoming NATE UNITE 2024 convention. This event is a prime opportunity for professionals in the industry to share their knowledge and insights on a variety of relevant topics.
Event Details
NATE UNITE 2024 is scheduled to take place from February 19-22 at the Renasant Convention Center in Memphis, Tennessee. The educational sessions will be held on Monday, February 19; Tuesday, February 20; and Wednesday, February 21. Each session will be approximately 60 minutes long, including a 45-minute presentation followed by a Q&A session.
It’s important to note that presentations must be non-commercial in nature. While speakers will not receive financial compensation from NATE for presenting an educational session, they will receive one complimentary, full conference pass to NATE UNITE 2024. This pass includes access to educational sessions, the exhibit floor, conference meals, and networking events.
Submission Guidelines
Interested speakers are required to submit a written proposal in a PowerPoint presentation format. The proposal should include a suggested session title, an outline, and a brief description of the presentation. Additionally, a 90-second video about the proposed presentation, the speaker’s professional bio, full contact information, and a headshot (at least 600 pixels wide) are required.
The deadline to submit the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) information is close of business on Friday, July 28, 2023. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. For any questions about the RFP, please contact Shari Wirkus, NATE Events and Meetings Manager at shari@natehome.com.

NATE has listed several potential topics that would be relevant and interesting for NATE UNITE Attendees. These include experiential sessions topics with demonstrations or hands-on participation from the audience, three-year economic forecast for infrastructure and construction, basics of business & administration for small businesses, data security for small businesses, and many more. However, this RFP is open to receiving speakers with their own perspective on the subject matter which may not be listed.
