Terms and Conditions
If Contractor does not complete performance of the Work due to any cause not within its control, or if the Client shall cancel or reduce the scope of work under this Contract, Client shall pay:
- All specified mobilization, demobilization, & preparatory fees if the helicopter arrives at the Job Site ready for work and thereafter does not commence performance of services; or
- The Mobilization Fee and the pro-rata proportion of the Minimum Project Price which the completed work bears to the total work to be performed, or the Minimum Contract Price, whichever is greater, if the performance of service has been commenced or cannot be completed due to incorrect client supplied weights or other information; or
- Cancellation fee in the amount of 40% of the Minimum Project Price (“Grand Total”) if Client shall cancel prior to mobilization
Additional terms & conditions will be present on your invoice or MSA (Master Service Agreement), in accordance with project specifications.
All services are fully refundable at any time, if a service comparable to the original purchase scope cannot be provided. Any change in project scope or requirements (including insurance requirements) is subject to be considered a 'cancellation'.
Fair Lifts arranges custom helicopter charter flights, lifts and other services on behalf of our clients with FAR Part 135, Part 133, Part 91 and direct air operators that exercise full operational control of these flights. Charter flights will be operated by FAR Part 135, Part 133, and Part 91 direct air carriers that have been certified to provide service for clients of Fair Lifts and they meet all FAA safety standards. Fair Lifts does not operate any aircraft.
