The Kentucky Speedway is a motorsports complex located in Sparta, Kentucky and owned and operated by Jerry Carroll alongside Speedway Motorsports, Inc.. Since its opening to the public in the mid-2000’s the raceway has played host to a number of major racing series including the Camping World Truck Series, Xfinity Series, IndyCar, and currently, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

As Early as this last week in July 2018, Martin Truex Jr. came in first at the speedway in the Quaker State 400 to the delight of record numbers of race fans.
